We deliver verandas, glass sliding walls, sun protection and sandwich panels within five to ten working days, including in non-standard sizes. For louvre roofs, allow ten to fifteen working days, because the louvres and the motor are made to order.
When it is busy in spring it can take a little longer. You will be told the expected delivery week with your order confirmation, and we call if anything changes.
We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Within fifty kilometres of Eindhoven delivery is free; beyond that we charge per kilometre, measured from our premises. You see the exact amount at checkout as soon as you have entered your postcode — nothing is added afterwards.
Collection is always possible and free of charge. After your order we contact you as soon as everything is ready and arrange a time — usually within a day.
Come with a vehicle the length will fit in. A 3-rail sliding wall is a good three metres long; veranda profiles can be up to six metres. If you are unsure whether it will fit, give us a call and we will tell you how long the package will be. We help with loading, but securing it in or on your vehicle remains your responsibility.

We deliver with our own transport or with a carrier equipped for long packages. Unloading takes place beside the vehicle, at the kerbside. The driver does not carry anything into the garden or round the back: six-metre profiles and made-to-measure glass can be lifted by two people, but not by one driver alone.
So make sure someone is there who can lend a hand, and that the vehicle can reach your address. If we cannot unload because of a closed street, roadworks or a driveway that is too narrow, we have to make a second trip and we charge for it.
You receive notice in advance with the delivery date and time slot.
Go through the shipment as soon as it is there, preferably while the driver is still present. Check that the number of packages is correct and that nothing is damaged. If you see something, have it noted on the consignment note there and then.
If you only notice something later, report it within 48 hours with a photo and your order number to info@hettveranda.nl. We send the part on free of charge; you do not have to wait for the rest of your order.
If you report damage later than 48 hours, we can no longer establish whether it arose in transit and the claim to free replacement lapses.
We deliver your order complete in a single delivery, unless we have agreed otherwise. If you order a veranda with accessories, we wait until everything is ready.
If you have it installed, provide a clear, level base and a place where the fitters can work. A louvre roof also needs a 230V connection near the structure. Arrange that before the delivery date; it saves a second appointment.
