We design and produce in house. That means you are not stuck with whatever an importer happens to have in stock: every profile is cut to length, pre-drilled and numbered, and only leaves once the complete set has been checked. If something does go wrong, you get the people who made it on the phone.

For the first orders we work with payment in advance or a deposit. Once we know each other and the payments run smoothly, you can order on account with thirty-day terms.
Yes. We deliver to the address you give us, even if that is your customer's garden. The package arrives neutral: no price on it and no HETT logo on the packaging.
Report it within 48 hours with a photo and the order number. We send the part on without argument; your fitter does not have to wait for the rest.
You get data sheets, installation manuals and imagery you may use in your own quotes and on your site. A showroom model is possible by arrangement.
We have our own web shop, so yes. What we do not do is approach a customer who came in through you behind your back. Register your project and we keep it with you.
