A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit our site. Some are needed to make the shop work, others we use only if you consent to them.

Necessary cookies

These are needed to make the site work and are always on. Your consent is not required for them.

• Basket and order — remembering what you have configured and put in your basket, so it is still there when you come back.
• Language choice — remembering whether you view the site in Dutch, English or German.
• Security — checking that a form was really sent by you and not by a script.
• Your cookie choice — remembering what you selected in the cookie notice, so we do not ask again on every visit.

Analytical cookies

These let us measure which pages are used and where visitors get stuck. We use that to improve the site, not to follow you personally. We place these cookies only after you have accepted them.

Marketing cookies

These let Google and Meta track which advertisement brought you to us and let us tailor our advertising to your interests. We place these too only with your consent.

Third-party services

Some pages contain third-party material that can place cookies itself:

• YouTube, for the assembly videos. We only load them when you click play.
• Google Maps and Google reviews, for the route map and the ratings at our showroom.
• Meetpiloot, the configurator in which you put your veranda together.
• Calendly, for booking a showroom visit yourself. The calendar is only loaded once you open it.

What those parties do with data themselves is governed by their own privacy statements.

Changing your choice

You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings at the bottom of the page. You can also always delete or block cookies through your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, the basket will no longer work.

Questions

What else we do with your data is set out in our privacy statement. Questions? E-mail info@hettveranda.nl.
